Slide Scanning - Services and Pricing options
We scan all 50mm (2”) mounted formats, 110,126,127, 35mm, 35mm half slides, as well as 120-220 slides, using the the latest Pro-Level flat bed Scanning Technology from Epson.
All scanning and post processing work is completed locally - We DO NOT outsource or send your material away from our premises.
How to sort your Slides:
Please have the slides in the order you want them scanned in, if this is important to you. We will assign a job name (Normally your surname) and then number the scans sequentially, commencing from 001.
If you want the scans named in different bundles, we can also name these differently. Just let us know when ordering.
Standard Service:
Dust removal via cloth, brush & air.
Slides scanned at 2400dpi.
Adjustments made via scanning software.
Basic colour cast correction
Images copied to your USB drive. USB drives can be supplied by us if required, and we do so at cost price.
Slides will be scanned in the order provided into one digital folder. If you have any special requirements with naming and numbering please communicate this to us, prior to our production commencing.
Superior Service:
Includes the Standard service, but with slides scanned at 3200dpi.
Post scanning processing to improve the colour, contrast and brightness.
Digital ICE dust removal for colour slides.
Film grain reduction where/as possible.
Ultimate Service:
Includes the Superior service, but with slides scanned at 4800dpi
Intelligent Cropping
Advanced removal of colour casts
Advanced brightness and contrast adjustment
Image sharpening if possible.
